RETURNS POLICY

We believe that you will be delighted with the products you purchase from Keep Me Safe.  That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need.  

We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be.  In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following procedures related to cancelling a contract.  The procedures, set out here, to cancel an order do not affect your statutory rights.   Further information can be found at www.consumerdirect.gov.uk

When you order from us online, you are entitled to a cooling off period when you can cancel your order without any penalty.  Our cooling off perioidis 30 days, which includes any statutory cooling off period.  This period starts the day the contract is agreed (i.e. you receive an email from us saying we have accepted your order) and ends 30 days after this day.  To request a refund please email us at  queries@keepmesafe.co where  your request will be dealt with within 7 days.

If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 48 hours.  Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall or stop using any software products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license.
